This installation highlights the importance of handicrafts and textiles in my motherland, Kutch. While experimenting with different techniques, my thoughts take me back to my ancestral roots and connect me with my ethnic beliefs and values.

Pabi Ben, a very successful Kutchi artisan who is known for making various products with intricate designs on them inspired me to make a table mat as an installation.
